Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CasinoSync platform ("Service"), operated by CasinoSync ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
CasinoSync provides a B2B platform for game catalog management, certification distribution, and compliance tracking within the iGaming industry. The Service connects game providers with casino operators through a unified portfolio management system.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are as outlined in your order form or as published on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant CasinoSync a limited license to use Customer Data solely for providing and improving the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
7. Service Level
CasinoSync commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA commitment, eligible customers may request service credits as outlined in their service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasinoSync's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your Customer Data for 30 days following termination. CasinoSync may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which CasinoSync is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
